Javier Pinto Garay

Biography

Javier Pinto-Garay is Associate Professor of Business Ethics at the School of Business and Economics, Universidad de los Andes, Chile. He has published several articles, chapters, and books on Business and Professional Ethics, and Philosophy of Work. He is currently working on virtue ethics and the common good theory applied to business practices and work. He holds a B.S. in Philosophy (Universidad de los Andes), an MSc. in Organizational Behavior and HR Management (Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile) and a Ph.D. in Philosophy (University of Navarra).
